Most weekdays some time between 7 – 9 pm I’m on the treadmills at the YMCA on Moore’s Mill Rd at I-75 unless I’m out of town or have  meetings.  Look for a white Ford FreeStar with a happiness theme and license plate.

Weekends are less predicatable, try the contact telephone numbers we provided.

We get complaints that we don’t return telephone calls and/or email that we never receive.

Email and telephone communications are not reliable, that’s part of the problem..
